Photos by the Family

All of the family members brought cameras on this trip. One of the main drivers for the trip was to share my love of Africa as a destination, and another was to help all the grandkids learn a little bit about photography. Since one of my ideas is that photography intensifies the experience of life, and Africa is an intense experience for the senses, it seemed like a perfect place to start. As it turned out, it exceeded my expectations. Armed with a mix of passed down gear, they all got into it with enthusiasm, and as you will see here, made some cool images.
